This asymmetrical cable duct of the GS-D70170RW type is a practical solution for aesthetic and safe routing of electrical cables. Made of steel, it ensures durability and resistance to mechanical damage (IK10). The duct is designed for direct mounting on the wall or using dedicated mounting brackets.

Construction and functionality

The GS-D70170RW duct features a well-thought-out design. It has built-in self-adhesive tongues that facilitate the mounting of steel sheet partitions, ensuring the stability of the installation. The connector guarantees equalization of potentials between individual elements of the duct, which increases safety. The patented, self-adhesive cover (available separately) further protects the cables and ensures equalization of potentials between the base and the cover. Two chambers with different cross-sections – 76.5 mm and 45 mm – allow for flexible routing of cables of various thicknesses. Mounting perforation in the bottom part facilitates the installation of additional fixing elements.

Specification

The duct has a width of 170 mm, a depth of 70 mm and a length of 2000 mm. The useful cross-section is 9645 mm². The color of the duct is pure white (RAL 9010), and the degree of protection is IP30 – protection against touching and against the ingress of solid objects larger than 2.5 mm. The duct is supplied with a protective film and includes two covers in the set. The rear wall of the base made of clips provides additional structural stability. It has one movable internal partition for better cable organization.
