The LKM 60100 FS cable tray is a solution dedicated to both professional installers and end-users looking for a reliable system for routing electrical cables. Made of steel with a galvanized surface, it provides durable cable protection in demanding conditions. Perforation of the bottom facilitates mounting, and the elimination of the need for additional elements to equalize potential between the cover and the base significantly speeds up installation.

This channel has been tested as a cable and wire laying system with maintenance of function according to DIN 4102 part 12, which guarantees its safety in case of fire. However, it should be remembered that only cables tested in a fire protection system are intended for use with it.

Construction and properties

Made of steel with dimensions 60 x 100 x 2000 mm, the LKM 60100 FS channel is characterized by high strength and resistance to mechanical damage (impact resistance IK10). The galvanized zinc surface provides corrosion protection. Thanks to the perforation of the bottom, installation is simple and quick – just use appropriate mounting elements. Potential equalization between the cover and the base is factory-provided, eliminating the need for additional connectors.

The channel has a protection class of IP30, which means protection against touch and against the ingress of solid objects larger than 2.5 mm. It can be used in a temperature range from -5°C to 90°C. Additionally, the channel is halogen-free, which increases safety in the event of a fire – it limits the emission of toxic gases. The useful cross-section of 5676 mm² allows for the free routing of a large number of cables. It has one movable partition for flexible adaptation to installation needs.
