Steel electrical conduit – protection and durability

This SM20W SW type steel electrical conduit, with a diameter of 20 mm, is a reliable solution for protecting cables and wires in various installations. Made of steel with a black powder-coated finish, it provides solid mechanical protection and corrosion resistance. The conduit complies with EN 61386-1 standard and has a threaded end (DIN EN 60423), which facilitates installation and connection with other installation elements.

The conduit is characterized by a smooth inner wall, which minimizes resistance when pulling wires. Additionally, the PES 50 coating (polyester/epoxy) provides 2nd class corrosion protection – important in harsh environmental conditions. The set includes one coupling sleeve, making it easier to create continuous installation sections.

The M20x1.5 thread allows easy connection with various connecting elements. The bending strength rated as "very heavy" (4000 N) guarantees resistance to mechanical damage during installation and operation. The conduit is not suitable for underground installations and does not have a brushed or polished surface.
