Blind control without holding the button

The connector functions as a bistable switch – pressing either of the two buttons initiates blind movement, which continues until the end position is reached, without requiring the button to be held down. The same applies for both raising and lowering. At any time, you can stop the movement by switching the button to the opposite position; the mechanical latch holds the button in the selected position until the next command. Ideal for systems with end-stop switches, where the roller motor automatically turns off upon reaching the limit.

Blue backlight and flexible installation

The blue backlight activates only in the “on” state – i.e., when the button is set to “raise” or “lower.” It provides clear, calm visual feedback on the device’s current status without unnecessary illumination at night. Flush mounting allows the device to be concealed within the wall, while push-fit connectors eliminate the need for threaded fittings, speeding up and simplifying installation – no screws required, simply insert the cable and lock it in place. The standard version has an IP-20 protection rating, meaning it is designed for use in dry indoor environments. If you need to install it in a bathroom or on a terrace, this is possible by adding a separate external sealing kit (available separately).

Aesthetics and compatibility

The anthracite color is a matte, deep metallic shade – it does not shine like black, nor is it pale like gray. It acts as a neutral accent: neither dominating nor disappearing against the wall. Consistent with the Impresja series, it features a slightly convex line based on a square design – this is not only stylistic but also functional: it facilitates cleaning and conveys a sense of solidity. It has no frame – must be mounted into a single or multi-gang frame (e.g., R-1Y/33), enabling flexible configurations: one switch next to an outlet, or multiple units together with a motion sensor or dimmer. The material is high-grade thermoplastic with excellent resistance to scratches and UV radiation – it does not yellow or fade over time.
