It features a soft blue backlight that glows gently when the main light is off — perfect for stairwells, hallways, or bedrooms where you need a subtle guide, not blinding glare. The backlight is not constantly on — it activates only in conjunction with a motion sensor or timer, so it consumes no energy unnecessarily. If you ever want to change the color, simply replace the backlight module — no need to replace the entire switch.

Installation takes just minutes. The screwless terminals allow you to insert the cable without a screwdriver — just push the wire into the socket and hear the distinctive click. Self-returning claws with stainless steel springs hold the module securely in the box, even if the box is slightly expanded or imperfectly cut. On the back, you’ll find a measuring scale — allowing you to immediately gauge cable length and avoid leaving excess slack.

No faceplate is included — and that’s intentional. The Impresja collection functions as a system: the same mechanism fits single, double, triple faceplates… not only in matte black, but also in silver, anthracite, or glass. Just choose the right faceplate and achieve a cohesive look — without needing to buy different types of switches.

IP-20 protection rating means this solution is designed for dry indoor environments. But if you want to use it in a bathroom or outdoors, you can add a sealing kit (available separately). No need to buy a different model.

All components are made of plastic and metal — yet it doesn’t look like cheap plastic hardware.
