Grounding is an integral part of the design. Nothing needs to be added or attached—simply connect the protective conductor, and the socket operates in full compliance with standards. The rated current of 16 A and voltage of 250 V meet the requirements of most household appliances: refrigerators, washing machines, coffee makers, chargers—all operate without fear of overload.
