The box has been designed for installation in gypsum board or concrete walls, in full compliance with requirements for SONATA series modules. Its shape and dimensions (84 x 84 mm) are precisely matched to the R-1R/82 frame, ensuring seamless installation and a clean, finished appearance—without gaps, misalignments, or uneven edges.

The internal design allows unrestricted passage of cables through lateral outlets—not only simplifying installation but also enabling installers to visually inspect the quality of wire connections to terminals even after the frame is mounted. There’s no need to disassemble the entire system to verify whether a cable is properly clamped.

The base features a built-in measuring guide—clearly marked on the rear wall—that indicates the recommended wire stripping length. This significantly reduces the risk of installation errors, especially when working in dark or hard-to-reach locations.

Installation is fast and secure: self-returning claws with stainless steel spring elements ensure permanent, tool-free fixation in the wall. The connector module slides in smoothly—thanks to the quick-locking cover, the frame can be mounted or removed in seconds, without tools.
