Single-pole switch with blue backlight – elegant functionality in a minimalist design

This is not an ordinary switch. Designed as part of the Impresja series, it combines simple operation with refined aesthetics – ideal for the installer seeking reliability and the client who refuses compromises in interior design.

The button operates like a mechanically latched key: after pressing, it remains in position – it does not spring back and does not require sustained pressure. This means it functions as a toggle switch, not a momentary push button. Perfect for controlling lighting in hallways, bathrooms, or rooms where a stable on-state is required.

The backlight is blue – embedded in the central plate – emits a soft, glare-free glow. It does not disturb at night but clearly indicates the device’s location in darkness. There are no side LEDs or flickering – only a uniform, calm light.

The terminals are non-threaded – installation is faster and safer. No need to worry about over-tightening or damaging the wire. Simply insert the conductor and secure it with a screw – the same benefit for installer and user: fewer installation errors, fewer failures later.

The housing is made of thermoplastic with a gold metallic finish – not painted like “cheap” fixtures. This is a special metallic-coated surface, resistant to abrasion and fingerprints. It does not fade or crack at ambient temperatures from -5°C to +40°C.

Dimensions: 71 mm x 71 mm – fits standard flush-mounted boxes. Height: 23 mm – low-profile design that does not protrude from the wall. Mounting is flush-only, with clips and screw – no surface-mount option available.

Protection rating IP20 – for indoor use only. Do not use in bathrooms or outdoors. But in the living room, bedroom, or office – it performs flawlessly. Rated current: 16 A, voltage: 250 V – sufficient for most lighting circuits, even with LED or halogen lamps.

The frame is not included with this product – must be purchased separately (e.g., R-1Y/28). This is intentional: allows color changes of the frame without replacing the switch itself. If you change your wall color or interior style – just swap the frame.

The Impresja collection is about more than color. It’s a line based on the square – slightly convex surface creates a sense of “warmth,” even though the device is made of plastic. It fits equally well in modern interiors with concrete and glass, as well as classic interiors with wood and plaster moldings.

There are no “magic” functions here. No timers, no motion sensors. Only what’s necessary: solid contact, quiet operation, elegant form, and light you see only when you need it.
