Stairway switch with backlight – practical two-point lighting control

This solution allows you to control lighting on staircases, long corridors, or large rooms without having to return to the point where it was turned on. Simply toggle either of the two switches – the circuit state changes automatically. No need to search for the switch in the dark, as the blue backlight gently illuminates the button surface, even under low light conditions.

The built-in backlight is not constantly active – it operates only in the “off” state, meaning it consumes no energy when the light is on. You can easily replace it with a different color – just purchase the compatible module, without needing to replace the entire unit.

Design and installation – simple setup, robust construction

Push-in terminals simplify installation even in hard-to-reach locations – no screw tightening required; simply insert the wire and press. This saves time for installers and reduces the risk of wiring errors. The device is designed for flush mounting and fits perfectly into standard backboxes.

Constructed from plastic with a separate metal frame (sold separately), it integrates seamlessly with the Impresja collection – compatible with both aluminum and glass frames. The IP-20 protection rating indicates this device is intended for use in dry indoor environments. It is not suitable for bathrooms or basements without additional protection – however, a moisture-resistant version is available using a special sealing kit.
