Temperature regulator with air sensor – easy installation, intuitive operation
Every installer knows how important it is for a regulator not only to function correctly but also to be easy to install. Here, threaded terminals require no special tools — pipes are screwed in by hand, without risk of damaging insulation. There’s no need to struggle with “push-and-hold” terminals or use additional screws. This not only saves time but also reduces installation errors — especially when working in cramped junction boxes.
The square design measuring 71×71 mm with a mounting depth of 28 mm ensures the regulator fits perfectly into standard enclosures. It doesn’t protrude or interfere with other components — even when equipment is densely arranged. The unit packaging height of 165 mm also improves convenience during transport and storage: easier to pack on pallets and simpler to carry to the job site.
The silver version features lacquered surfaces — this is not ordinary plastic, but a metallic finish that avoids the look of cheap fittings. It acts as a neutral element in modern interiors: monochromatic, industrial, minimalist. It doesn’t draw attention, yet it doesn’t look like “something to throw away.” In homes with classic decor — dominated by wooden panels or ornamental moldings — this silver frame still appears as a component designed for long-term use.
The air sensor measures room air temperature — not the floor. This means it does not react to heated surfaces after turning off underfloor heating, but only to the actual air temperature. As a result, regulation is more stable and precise than with floor sensors — especially in rooms with high thermal insulation or rapid temperature fluctuations.
Load capacity of 3200 W for resistive heaters and 750 W for induction heaters is sufficient for most underfloor heating and radiator systems in single-family homes. No additional relay is needed — the regulator handles the load on its own. IP20 provides standard protection for indoor installations — adequate for dry rooms: bedrooms, living rooms, kitchens.
No backlighting. No LCD screen. This is not a smart thermostat. But that also means: no electronic failures, no update issues, no need to replace batteries. A simple mechanical mechanism — and it has been working reliably for years.
