The UNITOP QF pneumatic actuator is a standard solution in industrial automation, ideal for precise linear motion control. Construction and characteristic features

The UNITOP QF actuator is designed for reliability and long-term operation. Made of high-quality materials – anodized aluminum (housing) and chrome-plated CK45 carbon steel (piston rod) – it guarantees corrosion and mechanical damage resistance. The use of polyurethane seals ensures tightness and minimizes the risk of leaks. Mechanical cushioning reduces shocks at the end of the stroke, which extends the life of the device and improves comfort. The external thread facilitates connection to mounting elements and other components of the pneumatic system.

Operating parameters and application

The actuator operates at a pressure range of 1 to 10 bar, using filtered and lubricated compressed air.
