Construction and characteristic features

The UNITOP QF actuator is made of high-quality materials, guaranteeing its durability and resistance to damage. The piston rod made of chrome-plated carbon steel ensures smooth movement and minimizes the risk of corrosion. The anodized aluminum housing is lightweight yet durable. The internal thread facilitates mounting and connection to pneumatic system components.

It is worth noting the wide operating temperature range – from -20°C to +80°C – which allows the actuator to be used in harsh environmental conditions. Thanks to the standard mechanical cushioning, the actuator reduces shocks and noise during operation, extending its service life and increasing user comfort. The possibility of lubrication (although not required) allows for further optimization of the device's operation in specific conditions.

The actuator has a diameter of 32 mm and a stroke of 250 mm. It operates at a pressure of 1 to 10 bar, and the medium temperature can range from 0°C to +40°C. The ambient temperature should be in the range of -20°C to +80°C. The housing is made of anodized aluminum, the piston rod of chrome-plated carbon steel CK45, and the seals of polyurethane.
