The UNITOP D40x10 pneumatic actuator is a component from a series of standard compact actuators, designed for a wide range of applications in industrial automation. Construction and characteristic features

The UNITOP D40x10 actuator has been designed with efficiency and durability in mind. It uses anodized aluminum for the housing and CK45 chrome-plated carbon steel for the piston rod, which ensures resistance to corrosion and abrasion. The UNITOP standard guarantees compatibility with a wide range of pneumatic accessories and components. Mechanical cushioning reduces noise and extends the device's life by mitigating the final phases of movement. Polyurethane seals ensure tightness and reliability at various operating temperatures.

Operating parameters and application

This actuator operates at a pressure range of 1 to 10 bar, using filtered and lubricated compressed air as the working medium. It can operate in an ambient temperature range of -20°C to +80°C and a medium temperature range of 0°C to +40°C.
