Construction and characteristic features

The actuator is made of high-quality materials, guaranteeing its durability and resistance to damage. The aluminum body and stainless steel piston (AISI 303 for diameters up to 25mm, AISI 420 for larger ones) ensure reliable operation even in demanding conditions. Polyurethane seals effectively prevent air leaks. Additionally, the actuator has mechanical cushioning, which reduces noise and extends the life of the device by mitigating the final phases of movement. ISO 21287 standard and the UNITOP designation confirm compliance with widely accepted standards.

Operating parameters and application

The actuator operates in a pressure range from 2 to 10 bar, using filtered compressed air. It can be used in an ambient temperature from -20°C to +80°C (and with the use of polyurethane – even up to +120°C). This makes it suitable for operation in a wide range of industrial applications – from simple automation systems to more advanced production lines. The M8 thread facilitates mounting and integration with existing pneumatic installations. The spring force at full and zero stroke is 26N and 90N respectively, which affects the precise return of the piston rod after pressure loss.
