This pneumatic cylinder, compliant with ISO 6432, is a robust and precise solution for a wide range of industrial applications. Design and materials

The cylinder is characterized by careful workmanship with high-quality materials. The piston rod is made of stainless steel AISI 303, ensuring its durability and abrasion resistance. The tube is made of stainless steel AISI 304, which further increases corrosion resistance. The covers are made of stainless steel AISI 304. Polyurethane seals (optionally Viton) provide tightness and reliable operation.

Application and operating parameters

This cylinder is ideal for applications requiring precision, reliability and resistance to external factors. It can be used in:

• Food applications (thanks to the use of stainless steel)

The cylinder operates at a pressure of 1 to 10 bar, using filtered compressed air. The medium temperature should be in the range of 0°C to 40°C, and the ambient temperature from -20°C to 80°C (in the case of Viton seals, even up to +150°C). Mechanical cushioning minimizes shocks and noise during piston movement. The cylinder diameter is 16 mm, and the stroke is 100 mm – these parameters provide an adequate range of motion for many tasks.

Please remember that the mounting nut must be ordered separately! It's a small thing that can save time during installation. Additionally, CAD files (.igs, .step) are available to facilitate integration of the cylinder into the machine or device design.
