This pneumatic cylinder, manufactured according to ISO 6432 standard, is a robust solution for various industrial applications. Construction and materials – the key to performance

The cylinder is characterized by a precise design and high-quality materials. The tube is made of AISI 304 stainless steel, guaranteeing resistance to aggressive substances and corrosion. The piston rod made of AISI 303 stainless steel ensures smooth and reliable operation. Polyurethane seals (optionally Viton) provide tightness and minimize the risk of leaks. Mechanical cushioning reduces shocks at the end of the stroke, extending the life of the cylinder and associated components.

Operating parameters and application

The cylinder operates at a pressure range of 1 to 10 bar, using filtered compressed air. It can be used in an ambient temperature from -20°C to 80°C (with Viton seals even up to +150°C). This makes it suitable for a wide range of industries, such as:
