Design and materials

The cylinder is characterized by precise workmanship with high-quality materials. The piston rod made of AISI 303 stainless steel guarantees resistance to abrasion and corrosion. The body and tube, in turn, are made of AISI 304 stainless steel, which further increases resistance to external factors. Polyurethane seals (optionally Viton) ensure tightness and reliable operation over a wide temperature range.

Operating parameters and application

The cylinder operates at a pressure range of 1 to 10 bar, using filtered compressed air. It does not require lubrication, which simplifies its operation and minimizes maintenance costs. It can be used in an ambient temperature from -20°C to 80°C (with Viton seals even up to +150°C). Mechanical cushioning effectively dampens movement at the end of the stroke, protecting mechanical components from damage. This makes the cylinder ideal for applications requiring precision and smooth movement, such as industrial automation, robotics or transport systems. The available ATEX option allows it to be used in potentially explosive atmospheres.

This cylinder has a diameter of 20 mm and a stroke of 50 mm. It is made of high-quality AISI 304 stainless steel (body and tube) and AISI 303 (piston rod). The seals are made of polyurethane, with the possibility of using Viton on request. Designed to operate at a pressure of 1 to 10 bar and an ambient temperature of 0°C to 40°C (Viton: -20°C to +150°C). Complies with ISO 6432.
