This pneumatic cylinder, compliant with ISO 6432, is a robust solution for a wide range of industrial applications. Made of stainless steel, it guarantees corrosion resistance and long-term operation even in harsh environments. Design and materials

The cylinder is characterized by a precise design and high-quality materials. The tube and covers are made of stainless steel AISI 304, which ensures corrosion resistance and resistance to aggressive media. The piston rod, in turn, is made of stainless steel AISI 303, providing good abrasion resistance. Seals are standardly made of polyurethane, but Viton can be used on request – particularly useful in applications requiring resistance to high temperatures (up to +150°C). Built-in mechanical cushioning reduces shocks and noise during operation, extending the life of the device and increasing user comfort.

Operating parameters and compliance with standards

The cylinder operates at a pressure range of 1 to 10 bar, using filtered compressed air. It does not require lubrication, which simplifies its operation and minimizes maintenance costs. It can operate in an ambient temperature from -20°C to 80°C (with Viton even up to +150°C), and the medium temperature should be in the range of 0°C to 40°C. It meets the requirements of ISO 6432, which guarantees its compatibility with other elements of pneumatic systems. An ATEX version is also available, intended for potentially explosive atmospheres.
