ISO6432 actuator D25x250 stainless steel DNMS025.0250
Pneumatic cylinder – a reliable automation component
This pneumatic cylinder, compliant with ISO6432, is a robust and precise solution for a wide range of applications in industrial automation. Designed to operate with filtered compressed air, it provides smooth and controlled linear motion. Its construction, based on stainless steel and high-quality seals, guarantees long-lasting and trouble-free operation even in demanding conditions.
Construction and application
The cylinder is characterized by a piston diameter of 25 mm and a stroke of 250 mm. It is made of stainless steel AISI 304 (sleeve) and chrome-plated carbon steel CK45 or stainless steel AISI 303 (piston rod – depending on the piston diameter). It has a built-in mechanical damper, which reduces shocks and noise at the end of the stroke, protecting both the cylinder itself and the connected system elements. This makes it ideal for applications requiring quiet operation and minimizing mechanical stress.
It will find application in:
- production lines,
- packaging and assembly machines,
- robotics and manipulators,
- laboratory systems.
Key features and benefits
- ISO6432 compliance: Enables easy replacement and integration with other pneumatic components from various manufacturers.
- Durable construction: The use of high-quality materials (stainless steel AISI 304, chrome-plated carbon steel CK45 or stainless steel AISI 303) ensures long life and corrosion resistance.
- Mechanical damping: Reduces shocks and noise during operation, extending the life of the cylinder and connected elements.
- Wide temperature range: Possibility of operation in ambient temperature from -10°C to +80°C (with Viton up to +150°C), which increases application flexibility.
- No lubrication required: Eliminates costs associated with regular lubrication and maintenance.
- Versatility: Suitable for operation with filtered compressed air at a working pressure of 1 to 10 bar.
Please remember to order the mounting nut (GM) separately!
