Pneumatic cylinder – reliability and precision in operation

Construction and materials
The cylinder features a single-acting piston with a diameter of 25 mm and a stroke of 320 mm. The materials used – AISI 304 stainless steel (tube and covers) and AISI 303 (piston rod) – provide resistance to corrosion and mechanical damage. Seals made of polyurethane (optionally Viton) guarantee tightness and efficient operation. Mechanical cushioning reduces shocks at the end of the stroke, which extends the life of the device and increases comfort.
Operating parameters and application
The cylinder operates in a pressure range from 1 to 10 bar, using filtered compressed air. It can be used in an ambient temperature from -20°C to 80°C (with Viton seals even up to +150°C). Thanks to the use of stainless steel, the cylinder is ideal for applications in the food, pharmaceutical, chemical industries, and everywhere where high hygiene and resistance to aggressive environments are required. The possibility of ordering an ATEX version allows the cylinder to be used in potentially explosive atmospheres.
