This pneumatic cylinder, compliant with ISO 6432, is a robust solution for a wide range of industrial applications. Made of stainless steel, it guarantees corrosion resistance and long-lasting, trouble-free operation even in harsh environments. A diameter of 25 mm and a stroke of 350 mm provide adequate force and range of motion for many applications.

Design and materials

The cylinder is characterized by a precise design and the use of high-quality materials. The piston rod is made of stainless steel AISI 303, which ensures a smooth surface and minimizes friction. The tube and covers are made of stainless steel AISI 304, which further increases corrosion resistance. Polyurethane seals (optionally Viton) ensure tightness and reliable operation.

Application and operating parameters

This cylinder is ideal for applications requiring hygiene and resistance to aggressive chemicals – e.g. in the food, pharmaceutical or chemical industries. Thanks to mechanical cushioning, it provides smooth and controlled movements, reducing noise and mechanical loads.

The cylinder operates at a pressure of 1 to 10 bar, requiring the use of filtered compressed air. The medium can have a temperature of 0°C to 40°C, and the ambient temperature is in the range of -20°C to 80°C (in the case of Viton seals even up to +150°C). Mechanical cushioning reduces shocks during operation. The cylinder meets the ISO 6432 standard, which guarantees compatibility with other pneumatic components. ATEX versions are also available for use in potentially explosive atmospheres.
