Construction and materials

The quick-connect coupling is made of high-quality MS 58 brass, guaranteeing its durability and corrosion resistance. Components such as springs and retaining rings are made of stainless steel 1.4310 and 1.4305, ensuring reliable operation even in demanding conditions. A perbunan seal further increases the tightness of the connection. The locking sleeve protects the internal elements from dirt, extending the life of the quick-connect coupling.

Application and parameters

The quick-connect coupling is ideal for applications requiring vacuum resistance and high air flow – the flow rate is as high as 1000 l/min. It can be used in a wide range of temperatures, from -20°C to +100°C, and at a working pressure of up to 35 bar. The thread compliant with ISO228 standard ensures compatibility with most standard pneumatic components. The thread length is 12 mm and the key size is 24 mm. The whole is enclosed in a compact housing with a length of 42.5 mm and logistical dimensions of 43 x 25 x 25 mm with a weight of only 88 g.
