Universal DIN rail connector with protection

This threaded DIN rail connector ZUG-G/B is a reliable solution for safe and organized connection of wires in electrical installations. Made of high-quality thermoplastic, it provides durability and resistance to damage. Its yellow color makes it easy to identify in the installation.

The connector is designed for mounting on a standard DIN TH-35 mm mounting rail, ensuring quick and easy installation. It accepts both solid and stranded wires (with or without a ferrule) with a cross-section of 0.5 to 4 mm², providing great flexibility in wire selection. The built-in fuse holder protects the circuit against overload and short circuit – a standard feature, but crucial for safety.

Functionality and application

The ZUG-G/B connector is ideal for building electrical switchboards, control cabinets and other installations requiring safe and reliable wire connections. The rated current of 6.3A makes it suitable for protecting circuits with medium load. A closing plate (sold separately) is required to further increase the safety and aesthetics of the installation. Flame retardancy class V2 ensures limited flammability of the insulating material, which is important in terms of fire safety.

A wide range of operating temperatures (-25…100°C) allows the connector to be used in various environmental conditions. The lack of a trip indicator means that the status of the fuse is checked visually after removing it from the socket – a simple and effective solution.
