Threaded busbar connector – a solid connection for the protective conductor

This threaded busbar connector, designated ZUO-10/35, is a reliable solution for connecting protective conductors (PE) to mounting rails. Designed for mounting on a DIN TH-35 mm rail, it provides a safe and durable connection in electrical installations. Its construction allows for the connection of both solid and stranded wires, as well as stranded conductors with or without cable lugs.

Versatility and range of applications

The ZUO-10/35 connector is compatible with wires with a cross-section of 1.5 mm² to 10 mm² (solid) and 1.5 mm² to 6 mm² (stranded and flexible). This makes it suitable for a variety of applications – from home installations to more demanding industrial systems. Made of high-quality thermoplastic material, it is characterized by good resistance to environmental conditions and ensures long-term reliability. The PEN function allows it to be used in circuits where a protective-neutral connection is required.

Safety and compliance with standards

The connector meets the requirements of IEC 60947-7-2, which guarantees its safety and compliance with applicable regulations. The insulating material of flammability class V2 provides additional protection against the spread of fire. A wide operating temperature range (-25°C to +100°C) allows it to be used in various environmental conditions. Thanks to two terminals at the level, it is possible to connect two wires simultaneously, which facilitates and speeds up installation. The tightening torque for the terminals is 1.2 Nm, which ensures a secure connection without the risk of damaging the wires.
