Hot water circulation pump group – reliability and comfort

The WZS 100 pump group is a complete solution for quick and efficient installation of a domestic hot water circulation system. The compact design minimizes the risk of installation errors, and factory leak tests guarantee reliable operation. The product is designed for both installation with tanks equipped with a dedicated circulation nozzle and without it, making it a universal choice for installers.

Construction and key components

The WZS 100 group includes carefully selected elements ensuring optimal system performance: an energy-saving WILO circulation pump with a power consumption of up to 5W, an ATM thermostatic mixing valve with an adjustment range of 35-60°C (protection against scalding), a thermometer with a built-in shut-off valve, four check valves, two shut-off valves, a manual bleed/air vent valve and a safety valve with an opening pressure of 6 bar. The whole is protected by EPP insulation minimizing heat loss. The connections are made of brass and copper, ensuring durability and corrosion resistance.

The WZS 100 pump group is ideal for DHW installations in residential and public buildings. It ensures constant availability of hot water at every draw-off point, eliminating the need to wait a long time for the water to heat up. Thanks to the use of an energy-saving pump and EPP insulation, the system is characterized by low operating costs. The ATM thermostatic valve protects against scalding, and the factory-tested leak tightness eliminates the risk of leaks. The compact design makes installation easy even in tight spaces. A Kvs value of 2.5 m³/h ensures adequate water flow in the installation. Wall mounting further increases installation convenience.
