Functionality and application

The 6000/16ZCI module is characterized by NC (normally closed) outputs, which means that the circuit is closed in standby mode. In the event of an alarm, the relays open the circuit, initiating appropriate actions. This configuration is often preferred in security applications where a connection failure should trigger an alarm. Outputs with a load capacity of 2A / 24V DC allow direct control of most devices used in fire protection systems.

Technical characteristics and mounting

The module is designed to operate in systems powered by 18-28 V DC. The current consumption in alarm and monitoring mode is 11.5 mA per output, which allows for efficient use of the monitoring loop resources.
