The 6000PLUS/OPHT/CO sensor is an addressable, interactive optical-thermal detector that combines the advantages of two detection technologies – optical and thermal. Additionally, it is equipped with a precise carbon monoxide (CO) sensor, making it a versatile solution for protecting people and property. It is ideal for use in residential, commercial, and industrial buildings where high reliability and rapid hazard detection are required.

Functionality and application

The sensor is designed for integration with addressable fire alarm systems. Its advanced fire factor analysis algorithm minimizes the risk of false alarms, and the ability to connect to the monitoring loop ensures reliable communication with the control panel. The CO detector is particularly important in rooms where there is a risk of this harmful gas being released – for example, near solid fuel heating appliances or in garages.
