Relay module for fire alarm systems

The EOL 6000 module is an extension element for the functionality of the 6100 and 6500 series fire alarm control panels. It is used to control external devices, such as acoustic or optical signaling devices, as well as to monitor the status of inputs in the installation. Its design allows for flexible adaptation to the needs of a specific installation, offering both monitored inputs and volt-free relays.

Functionality and application

This module is primarily used in fire alarm systems where remote control of devices or monitoring of circuit status is required. Thanks to the possibility of connecting two monitored inputs and two NO/NC relays, it allows for comprehensive management of alarm and information signals. Power supply from the supervision loop ensures reliable operation and minimizes the risk of interference.

Technical characteristics and benefits

The EOL 6000 module is characterized by a solid construction and high reliability. Its input voltage is 18-28 V DC, and the current consumption in alarm is 18 mA, while in supervision – 1.6 mA. It has two inputs with a monitoring resistor of 47 kΩ and an alarm resistor of 7.85 kΩ. It is equipped with two outputs: one with a load capacity of 1 x 2 A / 24 V DC and the other with a load capacity of 1 x 5 A / 230 V AC. The dimensions of the module are 146.5 x 39 x 118 mm, and its weight is only 0.21 kg – which facilitates installation even in tight spaces.
