The 6000/2IO module is a versatile device that expands the functionality of fire alarm systems with additional inputs and outputs. Its loop-powered design ensures reliable operation and simplifies installation. Functionality and application

This module offers two monitored inputs that can be used to connect various sensors or external devices. In addition, it has two potential-free relays (NO/NC), allowing you to control circuits with different voltages. One of the relays is adapted to a load of up to 230 V AC, which allows direct control of mains receivers. Power supply from the loop eliminates the need for additional power supplies, simplifying installation and reducing costs.

The alarm current is 18 mA, and the monitoring current is 1.6 mA – these parameters ensure a quick response to a threat and stable system operation. The outputs offer diversity: one 2 A / 24 V DC and one 5 A / 230 V AC, which allows you to connect a wide range of receivers. Monitoring resistors (47 kΩ) and alarm resistors (7.85 kΩ) ensure proper communication with the fire alarm control panel. Input voltage in the range of 18-28V DC ensures compatibility with most standard systems.
