The ProPoint PLUS-3OPCO aspirating smoke detector is an advanced solution for early fire detection, designed for both conventional and addressable systems from Protec. It utilizes scattered light detection (SCD) – it samples air from different points in the protected area through a network of tubes, allowing for quick and precise hazard detection, even at an early stage. This minimizes the risk of material losses and ensures the safety of people.

Versatility and installation flexibility

The ProPoint PLUS-3OPCO detector offers exceptional flexibility in configuration. It supports up to four independent detection channels in one housing, allowing monitoring of up to four surveillance zones. The ability to connect tubes with a total length of up to 200 meters provides protection for large areas. Simple installation and configuration, as well as a multilingual menu on a clear LCD display, make it easy to use for both installers and users.

Advanced features for reliable protection

ProPoint PLUS-3OPCO is not only detection – it is an intelligent hazard analysis system. The built-in algorithm eliminates false alarms, and monitoring the airflow in each tube ensures continuous system status control. Three programmable inputs and five relay outputs allow integration with other security systems and adaptation of the detector's operation to the specific needs of the facility. Additionally, the event log stores 24,000 entries, which facilitates analysis and diagnostics of the system.

The detector's power supply is in the range of 21 to 29 V DC. Power consumption is 9.6 W in standby mode (at 24 V DC and 100% fan speed), and current consumption is 600 mA (at 24 V DC and 100% fan speed). Current consumption from the loop is 0.7 mA. The detector operates in a temperature range from 0°C to 38°C, and the sensitivity range is from 0.12%/m to 11%/m. The maximum length of sampling tubes is up to 200 meters. The dimensions of the device are 250 x 380 x 137 mm, and its weight is 3.0 kg. The degree of protection is IP30.
