Control panel 6100 73.PC0.01
The Protec 6100 fire alarm control panel is an interactive, digital and addressable device designed to protect small and medium-sized facilities. Its single-loop construction ensures reliable communication with field devices, and the ability to program two time zones with different sensitivities allows for optimal system operation depending on the specifics of the protected facility.
The panel supports up to 192 addresses, enabling the construction of extensive fire alarm systems. Easy installation and intuitive operation make it an ideal solution for both professional installers and end users. Flexibility in connecting loop elements allows the system to be adapted to individual needs.
Advantages and functionality:
- Addressability: Enables precise location of the hazard, reducing response time and minimizing losses. Uses the Algo-Tec™ 6000PLUS protocol.
- Resistance to false alarms: Advanced signal analysis algorithms minimize the risk of unnecessary interventions. Characteristic C allows ignoring short-term disturbances, e.g. when starting electrical devices with a motor.
- Versatile mounting: Surface or flush mounting options make it easy to integrate the panel with the building's architecture.
- Integrated power supply: Supplied with an integrated power supply and a cooperating set of batteries (2 x 12V/3.3Ah), ensuring continuous operation in the event of a mains power failure.
- Alarm outputs: Has 2 monitored siren lines (up to 100mA per line), a single-pole changeover relay (1A/24VDC) and 192 alarm outputs using loop devices.
- Communication: Equipped with a USB (Type B) interface for system configuration and diagnostics.
- Compliance with standards: Meets the requirements of EN 54-2&4 standard, guaranteeing safety and reliability.
Technical specifications and operating parameters:
The Protec 6100 panel is characterized by a wide operating temperature range (-10°C to +55°C) and high resistance to humidity (up to 85% without condensation). Power is supplied from an AC network with a voltage of 85-264V (50-60Hz), and the rated operating voltage is 21.5-30V DC. The maximum loop current is 600mA (1.2A peak), allowing a large number of field devices to be connected. The current drawn by the panel itself in standby mode is 22mA, and in alarm mode – 56mA (plus an additional 7mA with the alarm transmission module installed). An LCD display with dimensions of 4 lines x 20 characters provides clear access to system status information. The housing dimensions are 228 x 345 x 111 mm, and the weight without batteries is 1.5 kg. It also has a single-pole fault relay (1A/24VDC) and an additional AUX output with a voltage of 24V DC (maximum 150 mA). Outputs for UTA (fire monitoring) are available – alarm output requires a 6000 EOL end-of-line module.
