Universal solution for mounting RACK devices

The 3U vertical RACK enclosure in white is a practical solution for securing and organizing devices in the 19” standard up to 3U high. It is suitable for both CCTV installations, alarm systems and computer networks. The enclosure design is designed for easy mounting and access to devices, as well as providing them with adequate protection against mechanical damage and unauthorized access.

Functionality and safety

The enclosure has a device hanging system with adjustable mounting height, allowing it to be adapted to different types of equipment. Additionally, there are brackets for securing straps for devices that do not have standard RACK mounts. Inside there is a double ~230V power socket with a fuse, which facilitates power connection. The enclosure has been designed taking into account the requirements for the protection of personal data (GDPR) – it is possible to mount two locks with different codes, which increases the level of security of the stored data. A built-in microswitch signals the opening of the enclosure, and an optional microswitch informs about an attempt to detach it from the wall – providing additional anti-sabotage protection.

Construction and parameters

Made of DC01 sheet metal with a thickness of 1mm, with anti-corrosion protection and finished in RAL 9003 (white), the enclosure is characterized by durability and aesthetic appearance. Thanks to a distance from the wall of 14mm, it provides adequate air circulation, which affects the stable operation of the devices placed inside. The external dimensions of the enclosure are 535 x 540 x 163 mm, and the mounting space is 530 x 380 x 155 mm. The ability to adjust the position of the 19” RACK profiles (380, 324 or 268 mm) allows for flexible adaptation to the installer's needs. The enclosure is designed to operate at temperatures from -10°C to +40°C (environmental class II). The possibility of mounting batteries with a capacity of up to 4x7Ah or 2x17Ah expands the range of applications of the enclosure.
