Battery enclosure – reliability in emergency power systems

This robust enclosure, designed for mounting in 19" racks, is an ideal solution for installers and users looking for a safe and organized way to house batteries in uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems or access control systems. Compatible with Pulsar's RWA/RW/RWD/RS/ZRS series cabinets, it ensures easy integration with existing infrastructure. The enclosure allows for mounting two 17Ah batteries or four 7Ah batteries, providing flexibility in choosing the appropriate configuration.

Construction and mounting – well-thought-out solutions for professionals

Made of durable DC01 steel sheet with a thickness of 1.2 mm and coated with RAL9004 (black), the enclosure guarantees durability and corrosion resistance. Mounting is done in a standard way in a 19" rack – it occupies 2U of height. The set includes four M6 screws and mounting baskets, which facilitate and speed up installation. The internal dimensions (429 x 88 x 180 mm) have been precisely matched to the most popular battery sizes, ensuring stable and secure mounting. The static load of the structure is as high as 60 kg, which gives confidence that even heavier batteries will be properly supported.
