Purpose and compatibility

The AWO256 enclosure is an ideal solution for installers and users looking for a reliable location for an alarm control panel and backup power supply. Compatible with a wide range of devices, such as Satel control panels (CA-6, CA-10, VERSA, INTEGRA) and other popular brands (Risco, DSC, Paradox). Inside, there is space for the control panel motherboard, additional modules, and a 17Ah/12V battery.

Construction and functionality

Made of durable 0.7mm steel sheet and coated with a white RAL9003 coating, the enclosure provides lasting protection for components. The built-in TRP 50VA transformer (230V/AC power supply) offers output voltages of 16V, 18V or 20V AC depending on the system requirements. Additionally, the enclosure has an anti-tamper protection in the form of a microswitch that reacts to the opening of the door – protecting against unauthorized access. A distance of 8mm from the wall facilitates cable routing and improves the aesthetics of the installation. The enclosure is closed using a screwed construction (4 screws), with the possibility of mounting an additional lock for increased security.

Worth knowing: The enclosure is intended for surface mounting in rooms with temperatures from -10°C to +40°C. The IP20 protection class provides protection against accidental contact.
