Enclosure for DSO system – protection and compatibility

The DSOS24VPU firefighter microphone enclosure is a robust, metal case designed for the safe mounting of BOSCH call stations in sound warning systems (DSO) of the PAVIRO and PRAESENSA series. The enclosure design allows for mounting with the call station up to two PAVIRO or three PRAESENSA expansions, increasing the functionality of the entire system. Included mounting brackets facilitate installation, allowing attachment to a shelf inside the enclosure.

The enclosure is made of 1 mm thick DC01 steel sheet and painted red (RAL 3001), ensuring its durability and good visibility in emergency situations. A firefighter axe lock guarantees quick access to the device if intervention is required.

Specification and application

The DSOS24VPU enclosure is designed for indoor mounting and is characterized by an IP30 protection class, which provides basic protection against touch and solid objects. Its dimensions (550 x 380 x 200 mm) allow for easy adaptation to existing infrastructure. The weight of the enclosure is approximately 9.1 kg (gross weight approx. 9.8 kg).

The enclosure is covered by a two-year manufacturer's warranty from the date of production. The set includes complete mounting equipment for PAVIRO and PRAESENSA systems. The design has been tested and has a CE declaration of conformity.
