Enclosure for power supplies – solid protection and easy installation

The PS/RS 2 enclosure, also known as AWO384, is a surface-mounted metal enclosure designed to protect and mount power supplies for built-in applications. It is a universal solution suitable for both professional installations and home workshops. Its construction provides not only protection against mechanical damage, but also facilitates cable management and improves the aesthetics of the installation.

Wide compatibility and durable construction

The AWO384 enclosure is compatible with a wide range of power supplies, including the LRS, RS and PS series. It can accommodate models LRS-35-xx, LRS-50-xx, LRS-75-xx, LRS-100-xx, LRS-150-xx, RS-15-xx, RS-25-xx, RS-35-xx, RS-50-xx, RS-75-xx, RS100-xx and PS-15xxxx, PS-25xxxx, PS-40xxxx and PS-60xxxx. Additionally, the enclosure is adapted to work with models PS-12V2A, PS-12V3A, PS-12V5A and PS-48V1A. Made of DC01 sheet metal with a thickness of 0.7mm and coated with white RAL9003 lacquer, it provides corrosion resistance and durability.

Installation comfort and additional features

The enclosure is easy and intuitive to install – simply use the included M3x4 screws. An additional distance from the wall (8mm) facilitates cable routing and provides adequate ventilation for the power supply. The enclosure has a protection class of IP20, which means it is intended for indoor use. The screwed construction ensures a secure closure of the enclosure. The weight of the enclosure is approximately 0.7 kg, which makes it easy to carry and install. External dimensions are 148x204x51mm (W/H/D), and the front panel 153x208mm (+/- 2mm).
