Underfloor heating – heat distribution manifold

The OBJECT manifold by Purmo is a key component of underfloor heating installations, designed for precise heat distribution in multi-loop heating and cooling systems. Made of stainless steel, it ensures durability and corrosion resistance, translating into a long service life even in demanding conditions. This model, equipped with 11 circuits, is ideal for both domestic and commercial installations.

Construction and functionality

The OBJECT manifold is characterized by a solid construction based on a 40x40 mm square profile made of stainless steel 1.4301. This design provides greater capacity and lower flow resistance compared to traditional round profiles. Each manifold is unique – it has a laser engraving with a serial number, Purmo logo and a QR code that redirects to the installation instructions. It is equipped with an automatic air vent that automatically removes air from the installation – particularly useful in wall and ceiling systems where manual venting is difficult. The supply manifold has flow meters allowing precise flow regulation in each circuit. The return manifold contains thermostatic inserts adapted for mounting M30x1.5 thermoelectric heads.
