The OBJECT manifold with flow meters is a key element of every underfloor heating and surface cooling system. Design and functionality

The OBJECT manifold is characterized by a solid construction based on a 40x40 mm square profile made of stainless steel 1.4301. This construction provides greater capacity and lower flow resistance compared to traditional round profiles. The supply manifold is equipped with precise flow meters with locking and preset setting memory function, allowing for accurate regulation of heat flow in each heating circuit. The return manifold has built-in thermostatic inserts adapted for mounting M30x1.5 thermoelectric heads, allowing integration with advanced control systems.

Additionally, the manifold is equipped with an automatic air vent that automatically removes air from the installation, eliminating the need for manual venting – particularly useful in wall or ceiling systems. The combined venting and draining set facilitates maintenance and servicing of the installation. Thanks to the use of a 1” union, it is possible to connect cheaper ball valves. Mounting dowels and an operating manual are included in the set.
