INVEST manifolds – a solid solution for underfloor heating systems

The INVEST series manifolds are reliable components designed for efficient distribution of the heating medium in underfloor heating systems. Made of high-quality nickel-plated brass, they ensure durability and corrosion resistance. Their construction based on a 1” profile with a 1” internal thread guarantees easy integration with the existing installation. Factory assembled and leak-tested, they are ready for installation straight out of the box.

Functionality and precision in every detail

A key element of the INVEST manifolds are flow meters, which allow precise setting and monitoring of the amount of heat supplied to individual circuits. These meters have a pre-setting memory function and the ability to clean the scale vial, ensuring long-term measurement accuracy. Mounting brackets with quick-release mounting and dismantling function make installation and system servicing easier. Connection nipples with ¾” eurocone ensure a tight connection with the remaining installation elements. The bars are equipped with two blanking plugs, providing flexibility in circuit configuration.

Specification and application

The INVEST manifold with 9 loops has a width of 464 mm and a height of 355 mm. It does not include an air vent, but is equipped with a wall mounting bracket, making it easy to secure. It is worth remembering that after mounting the air vent and ball valves, the width of the manifold will increase by 116 mm – this should be taken into account when planning the installation. Thanks to the precise flow meters (measurement range 0-4 l/min), it is possible to optimally adjust the underfloor heating system to the individual needs of users. The flow meters are characterized by an accuracy of ±10% of the full scale. The maximum working pressure is 6 bar, and the maximum operating temperature is 90°C.
