PURMO CLEVERFIT PE-RT/Al/PE-RT 40x3.5 pipe is a reliable solution for building heating and plumbing installations. Made of high-quality materials, it ensures durability and safety of use. The pipe's construction is based on five layers – two layers of PE-RT type II, adhesive, aluminum, and again adhesive and PE-RT. This advanced construction guarantees resistance to high temperatures up to 95°C and working pressure up to 10 bar.

This pipe is particularly distinguished by its high resistance to corrosion and aggressive chemical substances contained in water, making it ideal for use in various systems. The aluminum layer, butt-welded, provides 100% tightness against oxygen diffusion, minimizes thermal expansion and maintains a stable pipe shape even at varying temperatures. This ensures the installation remains reliable for years to come.

Construction features and application

CLEVERFIT pipe combines the advantages of plastics and metal. The inner layer of PE-RT II is hygienic, neutral to drinking water and resistant to glycol (up to 30%), allowing its use in underfloor heating systems and installations with antifreeze fluid. The use of aluminum increases the mechanical strength of the pipe and facilitates its shaping during installation.

The pipe meets the EN ISO 21003 standard, confirming its high quality and compliance with European safety standards. It is intended for installation in residential, commercial and industrial buildings. The possibility of use in underfloor heating, radiator heating systems and domestic hot water installations makes it a universal solution for every installer and end user.

Warranty and additional information

PURMO Group Poland sp. z o.o. offers a 10-year warranty on the product subject to purchase from an authorized distributor. Technical documents such as the National Declaration of Performance (DoP), technical manuals and hygienic certificates confirming the safety of using the pipe in contact with drinking water are also available.
