Installation and application – for professionals and users
The expansion profile is glued to the rolljet, indicating the shapes of the heating zones, within which the coils should be laid. In places where the pipes intersect the expansion joint, protective tubes with a length of 40 cm must be used. Before pouring the screed, a polyethylene foam tape with a thickness of 8 mm is inserted into the profile – its height (100 mm) ensures visibility of the expansion joint for workers laying the finishing floors. The excess tape is cut off only after laying the finishing layer.
