Universal insulation mat for underfloor heating and more

RollJet EPS100-038 polystyrene mat is a ready-made insulation solution, ideal for underfloor heating systems, but also suitable for other applications requiring effective thermal insulation. The 25mm thick board, covered with an anchoring mesh, provides stability and facilitates installation. Its strength – up to 2000 kg/m2 – guarantees the safety and durability of the structure.

Comfortable installation and wide application

Thanks to the special anchoring mesh, the RollJet mat is exceptionally easy to install, especially when attaching clips to the pipes. It allows for quick installation with any room geometry and any distance between the pipes. This saves time for both professional installers and end-users deciding on self-assembly. Additionally, after cutting the mat, all remaining fragments of insulation can be used – minimizing material waste and costs. The mat is dedicated to pipes with diameters of 14, 16, 17 and 20 mm.

Parameters and markings – what do the numbers mean?

The designation EPS100-038 refers to the properties of the polystyrene. The number 100 indicates the compressive strength (CS) at 10% relative strain – the higher the number, the greater the material's resistance to loads. The value 038 indicates the thermal conductivity (lambda) of a maximum of 0.038 W/mK – the lower the lambda value, the better the material's thermal insulation properties. The mat meets the EN 13163 standard, which confirms its quality and compliance with European standards. The length of the mat is 12 running meters with a width of 1 meter – allowing for efficient coverage of larger surfaces without the need to connect many elements.
