The Qoltec brand RACK UPS emergency power supply is an advanced On-line device with a power of 3000W and 3kVA, designed for mounting in rack cabinets. It delivers clean energy with a constant output voltage of 230VAC and a constant frequency of 50/60Hz ±0.05Hz, providing comprehensive protection even for the most sensitive IT devices.

Advanced technology and power quality

The device utilizes double conversion technology, which first converts the AC power from the mains to DC, and then back to AC with ideal parameters. This ensures you receive a pure sine wave free of interference and zero transfer time (0ms) - in the event of a voltage failure, the UPS immediately switches to battery mode without any interruption in power.

A power factor of 1.0 means that all delivered electrical power is used to perform work, which is the optimal situation for the energy efficiency of the system. True Isolation technology offers the most complete power protection and the highest energy quality for all IT applications.

Construction and safety systems

The UPS is equipped with a set of 6 12V 7Ah batteries, forming a battery pack with a voltage of 72V. The battery charging system has a current of 1A (default) with adjustment from 1A-5A, ensuring an extended runtime of several to several dozen minutes - sufficient to save data and safely shut down the equipment.

Built-in 2 fans provide intensive cooling of the device during continuous operation with a noise level of ≤50dB. The device operates at a temperature of 0°C to +40°C with a relative humidity of 20~95% RH (non-condensing).

Functionality, management, and application

The integrated LCD display enables intuitive operation and real-time monitoring of the UPS parameters. The communication system includes USB and RS232 ports, as well as the EPO (Emergency Power Off) function, allowing for remote shutdown of the UPS in emergency situations.

The device features a built-in service bypass for seamless maintenance and the possibility of installing an SNMP card or connecting an SNMP adapter - a network management standard that allows for collecting information about connected devices and configuring their parameters.

Comprehensive protections guard against surges, overloads, short circuits, as well as high and low voltage. An overload causes an automatic switch to bypass after 4ms. The device has output sockets: 2 x SCHUKO.
