The R-RPC-0500 preparation is a specialized cleaner designed for removing uncured polyurethane foam and for the comprehensive cleaning of tools after the application of PU materials. The product is effective in both professional construction work and amateur assembly and sealing tasks.

Effective dissolving action

The cleaner is characterized by instant dissolving action, which effectively eliminates fresh polyurethane foam residues from various surfaces. Its formula has been developed to maximally extend the service life of foam guns, which translates into financial savings for users.

The preparation acts as a universal cleaning agent that can be applied directly to soiled tools by mounting it onto the gun using a standard thread. This design allows for precise and efficient cleaning without the need to disassemble the entire application system.

Wide spectrum of applications

The product is used for removing fresh foam and polyurethane adhesives from work surfaces and for the comprehensive cleaning of application guns and can valves. Additionally, it works well as a substrate degreaser before applying a new layer of foam or silicone.

The cleaner is safe for most plastics, including PVC, making it a universal solution for various construction and finishing materials.

The preparation shows excellent compatibility with a wide range of materials encountered in construction and finishing works. It can be used on surfaces such as:

• Mineral materials: concrete, concrete blocks, cement-gypsum boards, aerated concrete, lightweight concrete blocks, natural stone, solid and perforated brick, silicate blocks, solid and hollow silicate brick
• Wood materials: wood and chipboard

Usage and storage parameters

The cleaner maintains full effectiveness within a temperature range from +5°C to +35°C, allowing for year-round use in various climatic conditions. The preparation is characterized by a colorless formula with a density of 0.78 g/m³.

The product possesses long-term stability - the shelf life is up to 36 months from the date of production, allowing for the purchase of larger quantities without the risk of expiration.

Practical application method

The application of the cleaner is intuitive and does not require specialized training. When cleaning soiled surfaces, attach the spray nozzle and spray the soiled area with the preparation.

When cleaning a gun, the process involves several stages: disconnecting the tool from the foam can, removing PU residues, and connecting the cleaner can by pressing the trigger until the system is completely cleaned. After completing the process, the tools should be dried before next use.
