Universal polyurethane foam for professional applications
RPS single-component polyurethane foam is an advanced premium-class solution designed for mounting, sealing, and acoustic and thermal insulation. Thanks to the hose applicator, it enables precise application in hard-to-reach places.
Insulation and acoustic properties
The product exhibits excellent sound-absorbing and thermal insulation parameters with an acoustic insulation coefficient of 61 dB according to the EN 12354-3 standard. It provides an effective soundproofing and thermal barrier with temperature resistance from -50°C to +90°C after curing. The foam density is 26 ± 10 kg/m³, which guarantees optimal insulation performance while maintaining dimensional stability ≤5%.
Wide spectrum of applications
RPS foam is recommended for filling empty spaces and wide gaps, performing perfectly during the installation of windows and doors, insulation of sanitary and heating installations, and sealing of utility penetrations. It works excellently for the thermal insulation of flat and pitched roofs and for creating acoustic barriers in building systems.
Material compatibility and adhesion
The premium formula ensures excellent adhesion to most materials encountered in construction: concrete, bricks, wood, PVC profiles, steel sheets, and metal elements. It also works well on window frame surfaces and other structural elements. Application is possible both indoors and outdoors.
Operating parameters and usage
Application is possible at temperatures from -10°C to +30°C, with the can temperature being approximately +20°C. Skin formation time is 5-12 minutes, and full curing occurs after 24 hours. The product is available in two versions - standard and winter, which enables work in lower temperatures.
Durability and biological resistance
The foam is resistant to mold and fungi, maintaining its properties over a long period of use. It is characterized by high resistance to aging and dimensional stability. Tensile strength is a minimum of 100 kPa, and compressive strength is a minimum of 50 kPa.
Regulatory compliance and certificates
The product meets the requirements of European standards regarding acoustic insulation (EN 12354-3) and fire classification B3 according to DIN 4102. The VOC content is 7.68%, making it an eco-friendly product that meets current environmental requirements.
