The pump is designed to work with various types of liquids, including water, aqueous solutions and emulsions, with a pH range of 7-10 and a temperature from -30°C to 60°C. The high-performance piston pump with a wear-resistant stainless steel piston operates in a closed oil bath, guaranteeing long-lasting and trouble-free operation. The set includes a pressure and suction hose with appropriate connections (½"), a non-return valve to prevent liquid backflow, and an adjustable pressure limiter (6 levels: 1 – 6 MPa/10 – 60 bar/145 – 870 psi). The ability to disconnect the pump after the test is completed while maintaining the pressure control function is an additional advantage that increases safety and convenience. The precise manometer allows for accurate reading of pressure changes during leak tests in accordance with DIN 1988.
