The Kombi-DP membrane regulator is an element designed for mounting on Kombi-3-plus or Kombi-2-plus valves, used to maintain a constant differential pressure in heating and cooling systems. Its design allows it to work with various types of valves, providing flexibility and ease of integration with existing systems. This makes the regulator suitable for both new installations and the modernization of older facilities.

Functionality and application

The device is particularly useful in systems with variable flows, such as two-pipe heating installations or systems with heat exchangers. Its task is to stabilize the differential pressure regardless of the changing hydraulic resistance in the installation. The Kombi-DP regulator is mounted on the return line, and the connection to the supply valve is made using an impulse tube. The possibility of expanding to an automatic version increases the functionality of the device and allows integration with building management systems.

The regulator is characterized by a differential pressure range from 10 to 30 kPa, which allows it to be adapted to various installation needs. The robust construction ensures long-lasting and reliable operation of the device. The materials used in production – stainless steel, EPDM and brass – guarantee resistance to corrosion and mechanical damage. The possibility of using the VA2503A001 adapter (available as an accessory) allows external adjustment of the V5012C0103 regulator setting. The maximum static working pressure of the regulator is PN10.
