Construction and characteristic features
The valve is made of high-quality cast iron GGG 40.3 (GJS-400-18), which ensures its strength and corrosion resistance. The internal elements of the valve are chrome-plated, which further increases its durability and minimizes the risk of scale build-up. Double O-ring sealing ensures the tightness and reliability of the connections. Internal thread facilitates installation in existing systems.
The valve is characterized by high-quality workmanship using cast iron GGG 40.3 (GJS-400-18), which translates into its strength and corrosion resistance. Internal elements are chrome-plated to increase durability and reduce scale formation. Double O-ring sealing guarantees tightness, and internal thread facilitates installation. The flow coefficient Kvs is 2.5, which is optimal for installations with a diameter of DN 20. Leakage at only 0.01% of the Kvs value minimizes medium losses. The valve can operate in a temperature range from 2°C to 110°C at a nominal pressure PN equal to 6 bar. A primer paint provides additional protection against corrosion.
Installation and service
The valve has an internal thread, which facilitates its integration with existing piping systems. The angle of rotation of 90 degrees allows for precise control of the medium flow. Repair kits (07116 1036 for DN20-DN32 and 07116 1037 for DN40-DN50) are available, which allow for quick and easy replacement of seals if necessary, extending the life of the device. The maximum pressure difference is 100kPa and the torque for it is 7Nm - important information when selecting an actuator.
