Outdoor Unit for 3.5 kW Wall-Mounted Air Conditioners

The U35XO R15 outdoor unit from Rotenso, combined with the U35Xi indoor unit from the Ukura X series, creates a complete split system. The unit is designed for mounting on the building's facade, roof, or balcony and provides efficient cooling and heating for rooms up to 35 m².

SKYR Inverter System and Energy Management

The Digital Inverter SKYR system ensures smooth performance adjustment by adapting the compressor's operation to the current power demand, eliminating the on/off cycles characteristic of cheaper devices. As a result, the room temperature is more stable, and energy consumption is lower.

The fan unit is equipped with SKYR BLDC motors, allowing for precise speed control with minimal noise levels.

Operating Temperature Range and Winter Package

The unit is designed for year-round operation thanks to the built-in winter package, which includes a drain pan heater and a compressor crankcase heater – both prevent the unit from freezing and maintain continuous fan operation even in winter.

Operating temperature range:

• Cooling: from -15°C to +50°C
• Heating: from -20°C to +30°C

The heating capacity ranges from 1.08 to 4.22 kW, while the cooling capacity is 1.11 to 4.12 kW. The wide range of minimum and maximum power allows the unit to operate efficiently both under partial load and during peak summer conditions.

R32 Refrigerant and Physical Parameters

The unit operates on R32 refrigerant, which has a lower global warming potential (GWP = 675) than the previously used R-410A, reducing its environmental impact while maintaining high energy efficiency.

The amount of refrigerant in a standard installation is 0.55 kg, sufficient for approximately 7 meters of piping.

The built-in BT WiFi modem in the outdoor unit enables remote control of the air conditioner via the NETHOME PLUS app, without the need to purchase additional modules. The user can change the operating mode, set the target temperature, and program the operating schedule.

The unit achieves a sound pressure level of 55 dB(A) at full fan speed during intensive cooling or heating.
