The Wentilo Icon IC180 S4 AB heat recovery ventilation unit is an advanced solution providing fresh, clean air in your home while simultaneously reducing heating costs. The device utilizes innovative iNOFRAME technology, based on durable and lightweight EPP (expanded polypropylene) material, and high-quality components, which translates to reliability and efficiency. Thanks to the Passive House Institute certification, the HRV unit meets the highest energy efficiency standards.

Technology and performance

The Wentilo Icon IC180 S4 AB is equipped with an airENERGY counter-current heat exchanger, which allows for recovery of up to 90% of the heat from the exhaust air. This means a significant reduction in heating bills, especially during the winter. The air filtration system, including G4+F7 (supply) and M5 (exhaust) filters, ensures a high level of air purity in your home – removing dust, allergens and other pollutants. Additionally, the unit has an antibacterial coating containing silver-phosphorus glass, which limits the development of bacteria and fungi. The maximum performance of the device is 180 m³/h, making it an ideal solution for homes up to 100 m². Control is via the iEDGE SMART system, allowing precise adjustment of operating parameters to individual needs.

Construction and installation

The Wentilo Icon IC180 S4 AB HRV unit has been designed with easy installation and operation in mind. The standard execution side (B) facilitates integration with the existing ventilation system. Please note that wall controllers and mounting kits are not included with the HRV unit and must be purchased separately – sets for standing (iFOOT) and hanging/suspended (iPIN) mounting are available. The solid construction guarantees long-lasting and trouble-free operation of the device.
